Already August....

....2nd?!  Seriously, that's crazy!  Retro Rabbit Rabbit (for all of you who do that on the 1st like I do :-)

Thinking about loss and love and getting older and parents and how to take care of people from afar.  Thinking about the difficult situation of when someone needs your help yet you live too far away so that being of immediate help is impossible.  Thinking about how guilty that makes me feel.  Thinking do you put your life on hold while helping a loved one through aging and sickness for however long that lasts.  Thinking about being alone in old age and how much I don't want that.  Thinking about being healthy your whole life and then all of a sudden not being healthy.  Thinking about falling in love at the wrong time.  Thinking about BIG life things and not wanting to get out of my pajamas today because of the weight of it all....
