BRRRRRRRRRR.......

...rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!  Man!!!  We are in the deep freeze!  Another day of teens weather here.  At least the sun is shining :-)  Gotta look for the positives wherever we can, right?  This extreme cold has curtailed my daily walks, and that hasn't been good for my psyche.  Nature is a reset button for me and I'm sorely missing my daily excursions.  What do I do when it's too cold/icky to walk outside?  Dance!  Yep, just put on some fun dance music and dance around the cottage.  Anything to get moving!  What do you do when you can't get outside?  

I hope you find some joy in your day today.  Joy is tough to come by these days.  Seek it out wherever you can.  Here's some for you (I keep a stash for those in need :-)  And consider yourself hugged.
