28-Hour Workshop...

First rehearsal after the Thanksgiving week break and Dana came back with awesome material for us to read and discuss.  It's so exciting to work on a new piece and have such input into the script, what works, what doesn't, what's a little fuzzy, and to have a playwright who is so eager to hear what we have to say.  Ah, the collaborative art of theater is like nothing else. I have such respect and admiration for playwrights!  And this is a unique opportunity that has brought together some astonishing talents.  Yay, Chicago Dramatists and Concordia University on this fantastic collaboration!
