Ahhhh....

.....Labor Day. For me:  no labor whatsoever :-)  Just good old ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.  Spent a day this weekend antiquing at two of my favorite stores in the city.  They've moved to mid-century modern, which is what's hot right now, Baby Boomers and whatnot.  Fun to see stuff from my childhood in these stores selling for a mint.  Fell in love with a lovely watercolor of a tree in a field with laundry and then a signed lithograph with the most bold colors and had to have both.  What's the point of working like a dog if you can't enjoy the fruits of your labor (see, it all comes full circle -- labor -- Labor Day :-)  The stock market is scary, but art....fills your soul.
