Didn't Go....

....to McCormick Place this morning to try to get tickets to see Obama's farewell speech.  Got up at 4:30 but couldn't brave the dark and frigid temps.  Another minus kind of day.  Boy, I'm going to miss that family in the White House.  Such intelligence and class and respect for others and wisdom and diplomacy....we're not going to have that in our "leaders" in our country for a while and I find that terrifying.  I put leaders in quotation marks because people follow leaders, and I can't think of anyone I want to follow less than this idiot poser who thinks he's going to be my president.  Nope.  Not my president.  And not president for the majority of people in this country if you believe the popular vote....

It's Saturday!  Gotta get off that tangent, though get used to it because it's uppermost in my mind these days.  Enjoy this instead.  It's much happier.
