Don't It Purty?

I believe that's a quote from Justin Wilson, the Cajun Cook.  Remember him?  I'm not a big cooking show watcher, mostly because I don't cook, but I remember him fondly, and I also remember Graham Kerr, The Galloping Gourmet, who for some reason I would watch when I came home from school.  He would drink wine throughout the show, and by the end of the show, to my uneducated-in-drinking eyes, he was sloshed.  Perhaps he was pulling a Dean Martin and not really drinking....I just recall him being a ton of fun.

Anyway, all that really has nothing to do with this post :-)  All the rain we had previously really has made for a gorgeous show of flowers and I wanted to brighten your day with some purty ones.  There's so much ugliness in the world.  We could all use some purty.  Hoping your day is full of it!
