Everyone Knows It's....

...windy!  And how!  Played a totally fun game of softball yesterday in a wind storm that left us all covered in dust inside and out.   I always chew gum when I'm pitching, and my poor chew was chock full o' grit -- ewwww!  The sheer force of these winds has been astonishing.  Last night I kept hearing things blowing away and knocking into other things.  Sometimes I wonder if the planet is just sick to death of us disrespecting the wonder and beauty of it and is saying, "Get the hell off of me!"  And really, could you blame it?

How's by you today?  I know a lot of folks who are in funks for various reasons -- job-related, relationship-related, kid-related, age-related, health-related....I hope everything you touch today turns into magic for you.  In the meantime, enjoy one of my mom's precocious raccoons :-)
