It Was....

....a dark and stormy night.  Well, no, not really, but this morning, it's pretty gloomy, as it has been most of the week.  We're stuck in a rain and cold pattern and it makes me want to go right back to bed :-(  Can't, though, as I am behind in evaluating some of this year's crop of plays for the Young Playwright's Festival, something I look forward to every year and always miss my deadline to get them in.   So reading and evaluating it is (even though my bed keeps beckoning....stop it, you!)  COFFEE!!!

I've really got nothing....just wanted to check in and see how you're doing.  How's by you?  Is the sun shining where you are?  Are you having a glorious day?  I sure hope so :-)

I inadvertently scared this little guy, who ran up into my mom's tree....he/she stayed there, vigilantly keeping an eye on the bird food, until I was well out of sight.  Damn, but they're cute!
