January in March....

....has happened over the last few days.  Frigid temps and SNOW, SNOW, SNOW!  Hard to complain about it since this is really the first significant snowfall we've had since December.  We had major lake-effect snow yesterday and I got caught in it walking back from the store.  It was glorious.  Though it was really coming down, there was a gentle peacefulness to it, no gusty wind, just big clumps of snow enjoying what must be winter's last gasp.  There was something very special about being outside walking in it yesterday.  I feel lucky to have gotten caught.
