...seems to be the pattern we're stuck in at the moment :-/ Snow on the ground this a.m. when I woke up. Ah, well, whatchagunnado? Among the myriad things out of our control? The weather. We must forge on, knowing spring is out there somewhere! Actually, last week on a race walk, I left for my jaunt in a T-shirt because it was in the high 60s outside. Halfway through, the temperature must have dropped 10 degrees! Amazing how in a few seconds, I went from warm and cozy to shivery shivers! I kept going and finished my whole walk, astonished once again how Mother Nature just does her thing, no matter what. The old expression here in Chicago? You don't like the weather? Wait five minutes :-)
Luckily, this is a picture from about a month ago. The beauty of the winter, icicles, sunset, snow on the roof....hopefully we're past something like this happening until next winter!
