Sitting Out Front....

....last night on a beautiful summer's eve, listening to the cicadas and the Cubs and watching the sun set was a glorious occasion.  Life's simple pleasures can be so fulfilling.  And after being bombarded by all the construction next door where they're building a McMansion and the sounds are sending Rusty to seek shelter in the closet, the peaceful sounds and sights of the evening were a balm.
