Small roles.....

....for large and small actors.  I'm taking an awesome class, just three weeks, started Wednesday, "Auditioning for Small Roles in TV and Film."  Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the saying is incorrect -- there are small roles.  But they sure can be juicy!  I have been studying character actors from old movies for quite some time, and those actors worked all the time, especially under the old studio system.  Some of them are actors whose names you don't know, but you've seen them a million times.  Great careers, those intrepid character actors.  That's a wonderful life -- being a working actor and going to work every day, but also being out of the limelight so you can have a life, go grocery shopping, not be in the tabloids, not worried about being photographed at your worst by paparazzi who have nothing better to do than to stalk you.  Perfect!
